TP SEC. provides a professional and secure service using Australia’s most respected Grade A1 Control Room – SMC (Security Monitoring Centre) – in combination with the latest technology available.
Unlike many of our competitors, TP SEC. does not subject its clients to ‘lock in’ monitoring contracts. Instead we work on the basis that “our service is our contract”.
Our alarms are connected to the telecommunication network via your phone line, where coded signals are then corresponded to the monitoring centre’s control room. Alarms are then actioned accordingly. There are different options for alarm responses regarding calling and notifying the client and their contacts directly and/or sending patrols. This is selected on our commissioning forms on date of connection.
Having you security system connected back to base also keeps it monitored for any system faults including:
Power Failure – Low Back up battery – Siren Failure – Communication trouble – Loss of time & date – etc.
Additional monitoring options include GPRS communications. This can be provided by installing a Direct Wireless GPRS Module at your existing alarm panel and set up for 60second polling time with GSM back up.
This means that overall there are 3 paths of communication between your premises and the control room. The signal is monitored every minute instead of every 24hrs. Therefore monitoring is uninterrupted if your phone lines are cut or tampered with, maintaining your security at all times.
